Annulled Detector

Annulled articles: They were published but publishers stated these should not be read, trusted, and cited any longer.

The Annulled Detector sources from:

  1. The records publishers marked with an update-type among Withdrawn, Retracted, and Removed (more about these) in Crossref.
  2. The Retraction Watch Database that is included in Crossref since 12 September 2023.
  3. Pubmed records marked with hasretractionin (see the documentation).
  4. Retracted IEEE articles with titles containing ‘Retracted OR Retraction OR Notice’ then filtered to retain those:
    • Starting with ‘Notice of Retraction/Removal/Violation’ or ‘Retraction Notice’ or ‘Retracted.’
    • Ending with ‘- Retracted.’
